and nutrient rich leaves of the tea plant. Its vibrant green colour is a
perfect tribute to its origins, as it is specially cultivated under
shade-covers to increase the chlorophyll content. Unlike most
teas, with matcha, you're not drinking a tea-infused water-based
concoction, you're actually consuming tea leaves in a powdered
form.
