Masala chai is a flavored tea beverage made by brewing milk tea with a mixture of aromatic Indian spices and herbs, loved by all tea lovers.
Masala Chai Recipe, Spiced Milk Tea Recipe
First of all let us take all spices required for making masala chai. Now ground these spices coarsely using a blender or in a mortar pestle. Or you can ground them using 2 spoons, Use spices depends on peoples taste, so if you want to leave out any spices it depends on you. Put the crushed spices in a tea pan followed by 2 tsp of tea powder.
For making 2 cups of tea, Boil the water with spices for 2 minutes. Now add 1 1/2 cup full fat milk, Add sugar based on your need, Stir mix the milk and sugar. Boil the milk and let all spices get blended with the milk.
Turn off the flame once the milk is boiled. Strain the tea before serving. Hot and tasty masala chai is ready to be served. This is a special flavoured tea with a refreshing taste
