SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery Coverage

At Tea & Me, we proudly deliver across Pan India. Whether you’re in a metro city or a remote town, we ensure your favourite teas reach you safely.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Delivery is available within India only.

Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or public holidays.

 

Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are simple and transparent:

  • Orders up to ₹500: ₹80 shipping fee

  • Orders above ₹500: ₹65 shipping fee

 

Courier Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Xpressbees

  • Shadowfax Local

  • Delhivery

  • Ecom Express

  • Ekart Logistics (Surface)

  • FedEx

 

Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, orders typically reach customers within 3–5 business days anywhere in India. This timeframe is indicative and may vary due to logistics and location.

 

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message with:

  • Courier name

  • Tracking number

  • Tracking link

Orders can also be tracked via the Track My Order option on our website.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tea & Me (Pure Teas), we offer a same-day return policy for products that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Significantly different from the description on www.teame.in

 

Returns will not be accepted if the product:

  • Has been used or altered

  • Shows physical damage to the product or packaging

  • Is returned without original packaging

  • Has been tampered with

If you receive a damaged product, empty parcel, or missing item, please contact us on the same day of delivery.

 

Return Process

  • Contact us on the same day to initiate a return

  • We will arrange a pickup

  • Once received, the product is verified

  • Refund or replacement is initiated after verification

Replacement is subject to stock availability. The process may take 1–2 weeks, depending on product type and location.
