Recipe 1: Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon-Spiced Apple Pie


Ingredients:

  • 2 Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks

Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon-Spiced Apple Pie
  • 6 cups sliced apples

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp allspice

  • Pie crust (top and bottom)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugars, flour, lemon juice, salt, nutmeg, and allspice.

  3. Grind the Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks into a fine powder and mix with the apple filling.

  4. Pour the apple mixture into the bottom pie crust, cover with the top crust, and seal the edges.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

  6. Let cool before serving.



Recipe 2: Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon-Infused Tea


Ingredients:

  • 1 Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Stick

  • 2 cups water

Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon-Infused Tea
  • 1 black tea bag

  • 1-2 tsp honey


Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot.

  2. Add the Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Stick and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove the cinnamon stick, add the tea bag, and steep for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Remove the tea bag, add honey to taste, and enjoy your soothing cinnamon tea.



Recipe 3: Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Overnight Oats


Ingredients:

  • 1 Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Stick

Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Overnight Oats
  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Fresh fruit for topping


Instructions:

  1. Grind the Tea & Me Ceylon Cinnamon Stick into a fine powder.

  2. In a mason jar, combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.

  3. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
